We make complex projects simple by smartly structuring information and defining ways how we can communicate product ideas to users.

How it works

We create a detailed description of each user role, taking into account how your product is used, the demographics of users, and cultural particularities. Then we develop user flows that describe users’ goals and priorities and ways to achieve them.

Why you need HR to get the best employees for your business

If you want a great business, you need the best people. But if you’re a small business, it’s not easy finding and attracting the top candidates for your vacancies. That’s why you should outsource your HR.

Most people think that all a small business needs to do is post a job advert on LinkedIn for example. But hiring is so much more than that small first step. Keeping on top of payroll is another major task to consider as you expand.

Human Resources is the area of an organisation devoted to the management and care of staff. It starts with recruitment and sourcing talent, continues with staff training and ongoing development and also makes sure each member of staff gets paid what they are owed and on time.

Big companies usually have whole departments dedicated to these tasks but for smaller businesses, it can be time-consuming and costly to source and hire the right people for the job. And once they are hired, how to keep them motivated and incentivised for the long-term?

This is why HR outsourcing can be the solution you’re looking for. This is where you subcontract your tasks to a third-party professional who specialises in HR. For hr outsourcing services, visit

Why should I care about HR?

As many as 80% of executives believed employee experience to be extremely important and 57% of staff who leave a job cite a need for better job satisfaction as their reason. Following the lead from hugely successful companies like Google and Apple – they take their employee satisfaction and happiness very seriously in the belief that a happy workforce is a more productive one.

Whilst it might be harder for small businesses to put staff first, it’s no less important, whatever the size of the operation. By outsourcing this responsibility, you can ensure those costly and time-consuming tasks are taken care of efficiently and correctly, giving you happier staff and leaving you more time to focus on your core business.

The tasks that can be outsourced, saving you time, include the following:

Admin – We all know it’s important to take care of our staff but it’s easy to get bogged down by endless admin – payroll, staff documentation, legal agreements, sickness, appraisals, training etc.

Recruitment – There are many stages to recruitment that smaller businesses can struggle with such as sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and contracts.

Other important aspects of employment that outsourcing can help with include:

Health and safety

Staff rewards

Staff retention

Staff development

How to customise your van for your business

Vans are something of a blank canvas upon which an owner can apply their unique adaptations as required.

If you are a first-time van owner, which seems likely with sales rising rapidly, you might not know how best to customise your vehicle. Here are a few useful tips to point you in the right direction.

Liner options

Despite being relatively rugged straight out of the factory, a modern van will still need to be augmented with an effective liner system if you want to protect it from damage during use.

The traditional choice is to invest in plylining, creating a sturdy barrier using plywood so that cargo and equipment will not damage the metal body if it shifts during transit.

Speedliner, which is available from specialists such as, is a modern alternative that consists of a solution that is applied as a spray and creates a waterproof layer that will deal with wear and tear in and liquid spills.

Bulkhead conversions

If your commercial vehicle comes with a full-height bulkhead, this might limit the load length of the van by separating the cab from the cargo area.

Transporting longer objects in this scenario will be difficult; therefore, you might want to convert the bulkhead with a hatch that can be opened to enable piping, poles and other items to poke through into the cab at floor level. Some manufacturers provide pre-converted bulkheads at the point of sale, so this may be a worthwhile option to add.

Racking solutions

A van used for business may well need to store and transport a predetermined assortment of tools, components, parts and equipment on a daily basis. Rather than having this rattling around in the rear and sliding across the floor with every turn, it is sensible to invest in a racking system to keep everything secure.

Van racking is effectively wooden or steel shelving that holds everything in place, keeping loose objects together during transit and making everything easier to find when you reach your destination. This has obvious safety benefits, making it even easier to recommend as a customisation option.

Modern racking can even be modular, meaning it is possible to reconfigure it as your needs change over time or remove it altogether if you want to sell the van.

Activated Charcoal Solid Soap Recipe For Face

Ingredients Activated Charcoal Solid Soap

  • 225 g of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 125 g of coconut oil
  • 100 g of rapeseed oil
  • 25 g of castor oil
  • 25 g of shea butter
  • 100 g of distilled water
  • 90 g distilled witch hazel water (alcohol-free)
  • 68 g of caustic soda
  • 1 tablespoon of charcoal powder
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered green tea extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of citric acid
  • 5 drops of vitamin E
  • Optional: you can add 20 drops of rosemary essential oil, in this way the soap will smell fabulous.

1) Wear gloves and mask. Make sure that it covers both the nose and the mouth and fix it by passing the appropriate bands behind the ears. Check that it does not bother you and allows you to breathe freely. After placing it, wear protective gloves.

  • If the mask elastics are designed to pass behind the head, attach them to the height of the nape. Make sure that it stays securely in place even while you move.
  • If you have a special nose room, arrange it so that it does not bother you and allows you to breathe freely.
  • You can also protect your eyes by wearing a pair of swimming goggles or simple glasses.

2) Pour the caustic soda into the water. This procedure should be carried out in the open air, outside the walls of the house. First pour 100 g of distilled water into a large glass boule, then add 68 g caustic soda. Remember that it is better to avoid reversing the steps, in other words do not pour the water on the caustic soda. Before starting, make sure there are no children or animals nearby.

  • Sodium hydroxide, commercially known as caustic soda, is an ingredient commonly used in cleaning products. It is a dangerous corrosive compound that can cause skin burns.
  • Pouring the soda into the water will give rise to a chemical reaction that causes a rapid increase in temperature and the emission of toxic vapors. Be very careful not to inhale such dangerous fumes.
  • Check that you have correctly worn the safety equipment before pouring caustic soda into the water.

3) Dissolve the caustic soda in the water. Help it to dissolve using a spoon or another utensil. You will notice that the liquid will become cloudy. At this point you must let the mixture rest for 20 minutes in a safe place, away from children and animals. Cooling down it will become slightly more transparent.

4) Add the witch hazel to the mixture of water and caustic soda. Stir for a few minutes to distribute evenly.

5) Mix the oils and shea butter. In a second large boule, blend extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, canola oil, castor oil and shea butter. The ideal is to use an electric whisk. You must obtain a smooth and slightly dense consistency.

6) Pour the mixture of distilled water, caustic soda and witch hazel in the combination of oils and shea butter. Add it slowly and carefully, then mix with a sturdy metal spoon.

7) Work your future soap bar. Stir the ingredients back with the electric mixer for a few minutes. You will know that they are well blended when the mixture thickens slightly acquiring a consistency similar to that of a still slightly liquid mayonnaise.

8) Add the last ingredients. When the mixture has reached the expected density, it is time to add a tablespoon of charcoal, a teaspoon of green tea extract, half a teaspoon of citric acid and 5 drops of vitamin E. In addition, if desired, you can also incorporate 20 drops of rosemary essential oil.

9) Amalgamate all the ingredients. Resume the electric whisk. When the mixture takes the consistency of a normal mayonnaise, you can stop mixing.

10) Pour the mixture into the molds. Place them on a flat work surface, then fill them using a ladle. At the end, cover each individual mold with food foil, then put them all together under a clean kitchen towel. After 24 hours you can remove the film, but you will still have to leave the soap in the molds.

11) Remove the soap from the molds. After seven days, you can take out the soaps and put them to air dry on a grill for a month. There are methods to make the soap dry faster (for example in a week), but in this case it will dissolve more easily and last longer. Keep reading Home Face Masks with Activated Charcoal

How to market yourself as a graduate in the jobs market

Many individuals who leave university with their degree qualification soon find that the world of work is a difficult one to confront.

Potential employers are looking for certain personal qualities as well as a decent degree, and depending on your chosen career the jobs market can be particularly difficult for graduates with no workplace experience.

This is why it is important to approach getting a job with the same level of research and dedication you gave to attaining your degree. Thankfully there are plenty of ways you can learn how to effectively market yourself to prospective employers.

Experience and qualifications

Although a degree is a big plus point for employers and in many cases is now even a basic requirement, other aspects of your CV can make you stand out from the crowd. Any employment history or working experience can be extremely positive by showing that you are used to the responsibilities of having a job, and if you are looking for opportunities in a specialist field or occupation this can be especially useful.

Taking on short-term temporary roles or intern positions during or directly after your studies can be a great way to add weight to your CV.

Getting to the interview stage is difficult enough, but with a good degree and well-presented CV you should soon find yourself in the position of being seriously considered for a role.

Graduates can improve their chance of getting a job offer by fully understanding the interview process and knowing what an employer will be looking for. That is why doing your research is vital, even though you may already have a clearly defined idea of the job you are applying for. Familiarizing yourself on the specific ethos and aims of the organization that you have applied to, rather than treating it as a generic role in a certain field, is essential if you are to make the right impression.

Online considerations

It will probably come as no surprise to find that employers use social media, and in some cases they vet candidates by looking at their online activity.

A recent whitepaper suggested that 59% of jobseekers change their social media profiles to appeal to employers, and that 50% of employers check the personal social media profiles of candidates.

However, many companies now also actively recruit via various online methods, so making sure that you have a professional approach to your own online presence is increasingly important. A good, accurate and updated Linkedin profile is a great way to help present you as a serious candidate.

New Talent

Of course it isn’t just employers who directly search for new talent. Professional recruiters are talent acquisition and workforce specialists. Hanold has more than 15 years of executive recruiting experience and founded his own company in 2010. Hanold Associates LLC focuses on finding and placing high-level candidates and provides executive coaching and development services to help individuals reach their full potential. After graduating from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communications, Hanold himself continued gaining qualifications and become a Master of Science in Leadership Interaction and Influence from the School of Communications at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Help and advice

Using professional help and advice of the kind that specialist recruiters can offer is a sure-fire way to give your own marketing as a candidate a real boost.

Using an agency also helps identify the opportunities that could suit you whilst making sure your own skills and interests will be matched with the ideal vacancy.
