When the warm summer sun arrives, our moods start to lift, and people seek to spend more and more time outdoors. As well as bringing with it delightful days out, the sun can also bring difficulties for business owners. Heatwaves and high temperatures can cause issues with equipment and also with productivity, motivation and even employee health.

Heatstroke can occur as a result of being exposed to the sun for long periods of time or being exposed to high temperatures.
